CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY

CANCELLATION

You can only cancel your order when the order is still in processing status. Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to Mizuno Online Store customer service (support.sg@mizuno.com.sg).

If your order has already been packed or dispatched, you cannot cancel it. However, you may still return it under our 14-day return policy below.

EXCHANGE 

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you require a different size or colour, please return the item in accordance with our return policy and place a new order for the preferred item after your refund has been processed.

RETURN

For a return to be considered the online purchase must meet the following criteria:

  • Returned within 14 days of receiving your purchase.
  • Unworn and unused with original tags still attached.
  • In the original packing, which must be in its original condition.
  • In a resalable condition, both the item and the packaging.
  • No labels or tape are to be stuck directly onto the shoe box. Should the shoe box be marked, damaged or not in a resalable conditions we will not be able to accept your return and it will be returned to you at your cost.
  • Item(s) were not marked "Final Sale" at the time of purchase, unless faulty

DUPLICATED ORDER

In the event that you have placed duplicate orders due to your own mistake or due to any system/network malfunction, please contact us before the order(s) is/are dispatched and we will use our reasonable efforts to cancel the duplicate order for you.

FRAUDULENT ORDER

We have procedures in place to detect any sign of fraudulent orders. We reserve the right to immediately cancel all suspected fraudulent orders and ban the relevant user/visitor from our website unconditionally.

SECURITY CHECK

As part of our efforts to protect the interests of both buyers and sellers, we may require you to provide further information or documentation to confirm your identity and the genuiness of your order. In the event that the aforementioned procedure is not completed within one day after you placed the order, we reserve the right to automatically cancel your order at our sole discretion with no further reference to you.

RETURN OF DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

You may return goods to us only if it is defective or damaged, and provided that your request is made within 14 days of such goods being delivered to you. Returns are free when purchased as a registered customer (delivery and shipping charges are not refundable). We will acknowledge receipt of your request and advise you of the proper procedure for returning the defective or damaged goods to us. In such cases, you may opt for a full refund or replacement subject to below condition(s):

  1. The defective or damaged goods are purchased from our website (www.mizuno.com/sg)

  2. A request for return notification is submitted by email and received by us within 14 days of such goods being delivered to you.

  3. Defective or damaged goods are returned with a copy of your receipt/invoice.

  4. Defective or damaged goods are in brand new condition (with all original packaging including all accessories and other material(s)).

  5. Goods must be returned to our specified address within 7 days after we acknowledge your request.

  6. Our inspections confirm that the relevant goods are defective or damaged.

No restocking fee will be applied to returned goods that satisfy the above-stated conditions. However, we reserve the right to deduct a restocking fee (shown below) from your refund if the returned goods do not satisfy any of the above-stated conditions, in particular, no. 6 as stated above.

After we acknowledge and confirm your return request, we will arrange for a [third-party] courier to pick up the relevant goods from the delivery address stated in your order (unless otherwise specified) and have them returned to us. The freight charges for the pick-up will be deducted from your refund if the returned goods do not satisfy any of the above-stated conditions specified, in particular, no. 6 as stated above.

*Products that are defective with discount above 50% can only be returned within 7 days upon goods being delivered to you. We recommend trying on immediately to ensure for good condition.

RETURN OF WRONG ITEM

If the wrong item was delivered, you must notify us within 3 months of receiving the wrong item. We will acknowledge receipt of your request and advise you the proper procedure of returning the item to us. You may opt for a full refund or replacement subject to below condition(s):

  1. The relevant items are not what you ordered.

  2. Wrong Items must be returned to us in unopened and unused condition with full and complete packaging including all accessories and other material(s).

  3. Wrong Items must be returned to our specified address within 7 days after we acknowledge your request.

  4. Our inspection confirms that the relevant goods are wrong Items.

No restocking fee will be applied to returned goods that satisfy the above-stated conditions. However, we reserve the right to deduct a restocking fee (shown below) from your refund if the returned goods do not satisfy any of the above-stated condition(s), in particular, no. 4 as stated above.

RETURN OF FREE GIFT WITH PURCHASE (“GWP”)

  • If the qualifying purchase is returned in full, the free gift must also be returned in its original condition (unused and in original packaging). Otherwise, Mizuno Singapore reserves the right to deduct the value of the gift from the refund.

  • If part of the purchase is returned and the remaining order no longer meets the minimum qualifying threshold, Mizuno Singapore may require the gift to be returned or deduct its value from the refund.

  • If the gift is not returned, or is returned damaged or not in its original condition, Mizuno Singapore reserves the right to deduct its original value from the refund.

  • Free gifts are not eligible for size exchange or any form of exchange.

ARE THERE RETURN EXCLUSIONS?

  • Final Sale: All items marked as Final Sale are strictly non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable, unless deemed faulty.
  • Face Covers: Due to hygiene reasons we will not be accepting any returns of Face Covers.
  • Swimwear: Please note that all products must be in an undamaged, unworn condition, with all labels, hygiene seals, and product swing tags intact in order to be eligible for return. All swimwear should be tried on over underwear. For hygiene reasons, returns may not be accepted if it is obvious the items have been worn and may be sent back to the customer.

FURTHER NOTES

Any rights to refund or replacement set out in these terms and conditions are further subject to the following:

  1. You must take all reasonable care of the goods and return them in its original and undamaged condition.

  2. Unless specified in the above terms and conditions, you agree to bear the cost(s) of returning the goods to our specified address. If you choose to have your order refunded we will refund you the total amount paid less any applicable freight charges and administrative fees. This does not affect your statutory rights.

  3. We are not responsible for any physical loss or damage to the goods when they are picked up by the third party courier or during while they are in transit.

  4. Consumables, perishables or goods that are affected by hygiene such as face covers are not eligible for return.

  5. We reserve the right not to accept a return if they fail to satisfy any of the conditions stated in this return policy.

  6. For the avoidance of doubt, no restocking fees will be applied to returned goods which satisfy the relevant conditions stated in this policy. However, we reserve the right to deduct a restocking fee (shown below) from your refund if any returned goods do not meet any condition(s) specified in this policy.

  7. Refunds will be processed within 14 working days upon collection of the returned goods.
