  • Limited to one (1) free holdall bag per order.

  • The free gift is non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • The holdall bag must be added to the shopping cart before checkout to qualify for the promotion. Gifts that are not added to the cart will not be fulfilled or shipped separately.
  • In the event of a return or refund of the qualifying purchase, the free gift must also be returned. Otherwise, the value of the gift will be deducted from the refund amount.

RETURN OF FREE GIFT WITH PURCHASE (GWP)

  • If the qualifying purchase is returned in full, the free gift must also be returned in its original condition (unused and in its original packaging). Otherwise, Mizuno Singapore reserves the right to deduct the value of the gift from the refund.
  • If part of the qualifying purchase is returned and the remaining order no longer meets the promotion requirements, Mizuno Singapore reserves the right to request the return of the free gift or deduct its value from the refund.
  • If the free gift is not returned, or is returned damaged, used, or not in its original condition, Mizuno Singapore reserves the right to deduct the full retail value of the gift from the refund.
  • Free gifts are not eligible for exchange, including size exchanges.
